Перчаточные боксы

Carbolite Gero предлагает различные системы перчаточных боксов для трубчатых печей до 1800°C и камерных печей до 3000°C.

Все печи доступны в версиях с ручным, полуавтоматическим или полностью автоматическим управлением PLC с регуляторами массового расхода.

Включено управление инертным газом для печей. Доступны комплексные пакеты безопасности для реактивных печных газов, таких как H2, CO, CO2, H2S, H2O, CH4 и этилен, другие газы по запросу.

Высоковакуумные турбонасосы доступны для трубчатых печей с температурой до 1450°C и камерных печей с температурой до 2200°C.

Размер перчаточного бокса, количество и размер воздушных шлюзов и количество перчаток подбирается в соответствии с требованиями заказчика.

Атмосфера и давление внутри перчаточного бокса ограничены только стандартом конструкции подобных систем. Большинство заказчиков выбирают либо азот, либо аргон с небольшим избыточным давлением для защиты образцов от окисления. Альтернативно используется разряженная атмосфера для защита персонала.

Две наиболее популярные концепции: 

  1. Горизонтальная загрузка камеры печи через боковую или заднюю стенку перчаточного бокса
  2. Вертикальная загрузка в камеру печи, находящуюся сверху перчаточного бокса. Автоматический механизм перемещает образец в перчаточный бокс.
